As the Head of the Video Team for two years, I was the primary creative force responsible for building the REPRISE YouTube channel from the ground up. My role was to translate live musical theatre performance into a compelling digital media format.
Music Video Direction: For the 4 main music videos, I served as the full-stack director, managing the entire process from concept, storyboarding, and shot composition to directing the performers and leading the final edit.
Creative Leadership: I led, and participated in creative planning for 30+ videos, directing actors and production staff, and developing the channel's visual branding and community engagement strategy.
My core insight was that video is not mere documentation; it is a means to newly interpret and reconstruct a story for a screen-native audience.
