Managed the community of 60+ Art Directors, organizing public seminars, networking events (e.g., Hanok event), and Art-Tech workshops to bridge academia and industry, resulting in a 200% increase in community engagement.

Project 1. KADA Academic Webinar Series | As a Planning & Operation Assistant, I supported the facilitation of this academic webinar series for the 60+ member community, and more. My role involved assisting with program logistics and ensuring the smooth operation of the event.
Project 2. KADA x KRIGA Academic Colloquium | As a Planning & Operation Assistant, I supported this interdisciplinary colloquium between KADA and KRIGA. My role involved assisting with operational logistics for the academic event.
Project 3. KADA Annual Assembly & New Member Reception | I managed the planning and execution of the 2025 Annual Assembly, a key event for the 60+ member association. I was also responsible for designing the reception program to successfully integrate new members into the community.
Project 4. New Year’s Networking Event : 5 AGENTS | I supported planning and facilitated this large-scale (60+ members) networking event to foster interdisciplinary collaboration among members.
