Contribution: Architecting the Total Audience Journey
As Lead Producer, my role was not confined to the stage; it was to architect the entire audience journey, transforming a passive 'arrival' into the first act of the performance itself.
My primary contribution was this 'Immersive Onboarding' strategy:
World-Expanding Marketing: I designed all promotional materials (posters, social media) and tickets to mimic "voyage ship tickets," initiating the audience into the SF narrative before they even arrived at the theatre.
Lobby as "Act I": I conceptualized and executed the transformation of the lobby into a "cosmic space port." Staff were costumed as "sailors," spatial lighting created a "universe" mood, and even the pre-show announcements were re-scripted as a "captain's log." The audience was not waiting for a show; they were boarding a ship.
As the overall PD, I also managed all project logistics:
Leadership: Led the planning team, managing schedules, budgets, and cross-departmental communication.
Digital Problem-Solving: When faced with a budget shortfall, I initiated a digital pivot—moving the program book from costly print to a QR-code-based PDF—resolving the crisis within budget.

Key Outcomes & Validation
Overwhelming Public Success: The conceptual marketing and "total experience" strategy I led resulted in all 8 shows selling out in one minute.
Marketing Impact: The promotional Reels I directed achieved 21,000+ views.
Concept Validation: Audience satisfaction was exceptionally high, with specific feedback praising the "completeness and high quality of the lobby experience," directly validating the immersive onboarding strategy.
