Contribution & Role: 'Full-Stack' Content Production

As the Line PD and lead for content marketing, my role was to manage the production's entire digital and physical promotional campaign from the ground up.
This was a hands-on execution role where I personally translated the performance's concept into all public-facing materials. My responsibilities included:
Graphic Design: Designing the complete social media "card news" campaign and other assets using Photoshop and Illustrator.
Video Editing: Conceptualizing, editing, and scoring the lobby concept video and teaser content.
Content Strategy: Selecting all key highlight images (from 100+ options) and managing the social media posting schedule.
Operations: Supporting all practical theatre operations, including creating audience management manuals, scripting audience-facing communications, and managing rehearsals and ticketing.

Key Outcomes & Insights

Successfully increased SNS follower engagement and poster "saves" during the performance run.
This project was my foundational experience in practical, hands-on production, providing the "full-stack" toolkit (design, editing, operations) that now supports my high-level conceptual planning.
Critically, this is where I first developed my core philosophy: that a performance is not just an on-stage event, but a 'total experience' that must be designed from the very first point of audience contact (the marketing).
